FD Refund

I had FD with FDR no 196029287/2 for Rs 10000, with date of maturity as 23/10/1999. There is no response from this company in spite of follow up for refund my money. I had surrendered the original deposit receipt to the company against their demand on 19/11, with acknowledgment no 5996. Any help that you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Original acknowledge slip 5996 could be submitted any time on demand.
