Not working since puchase

I purchased one Llyods W.A.C. Model-18 LE A.C. from Digital World, C.R. Mall, Church Road, Civil Lines, Agra Ph.: 0562-4041403 Vide their Book No. 22, Bill No. 1069 Dated 03-07

The aforesaid A.C. is not working properly since Purchase

In this regards we have Lodged about 20 complaints to the Digital World and to their Service Centre but no attention is paid till now. We have been waiting for the rectification of the problem but the problem is yet not rectified. Please look into the matter immediately
