IT Refund not received

A few months back, I had received a letter from IT Department's Centralised Processing Centre (Salary) in Mumbai

asking me to furnish the details of my bank account. The letter stated:

"You are requested to furnish the details of your bank account in the format given below to the undersigned, so that

the refund so detrmined in your case can be issued to you."

I had replied to them through Courier wherein I mentioned my Account Details.

The refund amount mentioned in the letter is Rs.6, 020.

I haven't received any response from them.

Please address my concern.
