Loan against property ( BT TOPUP)
The new credit manager

I have taken housing loan from icici bank and now applied for BT TOPUP in India bulls on 10th of april last month. for that i gave him cheque of RS. 2500/- as their fees. I was assured by them that it is very simple case for them and will easily get the top up money.

all the process was completed, inclucing my eligibility, technical process, F.I every thing. On 29th or 30th of April the credit manager resigned from India Bulls and new credit manager was appointed. Now he is saying that the eligibility is not coming in your case, thats why your case is rejected.

The thing is that i have wasted one month and 2500/-.

After this i asked him to give the technical report, but they are saying that it is internal matter and we cannot give you the technical report to you.

IS THE MISSION OF INDIA BULLS IS TO TAKE 2500/- FROM CUSTOMER AND SAY BYE BYE...

will i get my 2500/- back or the technical report or not?
