Wrong entry of policy holder name & missing nominee name

Policy No. - 581337376

I have enrolled the above mentioned policy on line. I have viewed the policy and found that the name against the policy is written wrong. The name of the policy holder is 'RANJIT KUMAR SABAT' which is there in the hard copy of the policy but on on-line the name appearing is' HARA KRUSHNA DALAI'.

The name of the nominee is also not appearing.

Please do the needful.
