Money Deduction

For the Femina Miss India Pageant that is being aired on Zoom Tv i know one of the contestants..so when it came time for the voting to start i msgd the no to 58888..my msg was follows:-

PFMI 16 to 58888..even though the sms came back to me saying that the charge was Rs 3. i was being deducted Rs. 10 which is a phenomenal amount that even on an international msg also u are not charged..i had sent 40 such messages as i thought that the charge was only Rs. 3 and was deducted 400 Rs of my prepaid bill..now i have no money left and when i phoned up customer care they told me that they couldnt refund me the money and that the other 7 rs went to 58888 as downloadable content charges..this is a farce for something that i have not done and as a poor student i would rather demand to be refunded my amount..this it seems also happened with all the other people who tried to msg to the said no..the charge was said Rs. 3 but i and so did the many others get charged Rs. 10..
