Hello All :

I was working in a company named Congruence Software Solutions in Bangalore and their Head Office Office is in Atlanta. The CEO Mr. Gokulnath will talk very nice on the day of interview and once you joined there he will start to show his real color.

He has the bad habit of bad mouthing about you to others and others to you, and he is consistently doing this for the last 2 years. None of the senior developers could stay with him for more than a year, because of his bad attitude.

Also the way the company is running in India is not good.
