Not received credit card

I have received phone call from ABN Amro cerdit card department on 25.05.09, a female offer me a good deal of ABN amro credit card. though i have submitted all the requirment document to Mr.sachin is one of your ABN amro bank representive. And he informed me that you will receive the credit card within 5 working days. but still now i didn't received any call or any credit card from bank. even i'm not sure that documents are submited to bank or not. if not please block all credit card issues on my account (1397249).suppose if you are going to issue the credit card, please bring to my knowledge, you can make call on my cell no.9986175269 or else please mail to my e_mail id-loki_jaya77@yahoo.co.in
