Kindly confirm whether the copy- pasted mail is genuine

I have received mails both from Australian Lottery & Loomis Finance Company as a response to-wards the winning of $200, 000.00USD. And inform me that Dispatch Officer MR.John Morris will arrive in India on dated 30/6 and Dispatch the prize to the home address. But when Mr. Morris arrived in India (Mumbai Airport) called me to deposit customs duty fees of Rs.24440.00 if said amount fail to pay then he will return from Mumbai Airport. Above statement make me puzzle. So, kindly confirm whether the copy-pasted mail is genuine. Expectig a quickly reply. Warm regards, Dr. Girish Narzary.
