DEPOSIT REFUND NOT RECEIVED

On 21st may I visited Loop Mobile Gallery, Ice Factory Road, Thane to cancell 2 connections and get refund of Rs.500/- on one of my nos. Here I would highlight that I have been a BPL/ Loop customer for 6 years without any defaults. The gallery people at that moment were extremely courteous and told me not to cancel the connection outright but go for a stand-by cancellation where in I would get a call after 10 days to confirm my final choice of keeping the numbers or not. This was told to me by executive Babita and a lady who came in between and introduced herself as the branch manager. They told me that by doing so they will be getting some points on customer service. I myself being into customer service agreed to the same. I was also assured that I could send the refund request with anyone after a month and they will process the same. Now my person has gone thrice between June 24th till date and everytime they have asked him to ask the actual subscriber to visit the gallery. What bull shit is this??? Do we have to cry for our own money or is Loop mobile training its staff to trouble and loot customers. Where is customer service??? Plz take serious action against all the names mentioned and specially against BM of Thane gallery. I hope I will get my Rs.500/- compensation for mental harassment and an apology letter from all concerned.
