Non responce from customer care exicutive

Hi, i'm sanjay here.my loopmobile no.is 9821060297. i have a problem.my balance is automatically deducted from my sim balance, why as? can anybody help me about that matters. when i call to loopmobile exicutive he always telling me OUR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING, OUR SYSTEM IS BUSY NOW.For what its all drama.i think loopmobile's service & feedback is very worst.
