I am customer using the services of the telecom company, Loop Mobile since the past nearly five years. In September we were informed (via telephone, when complianed about networks and also via post, through a letter with my bill) that BPL Mobile (now Loop) is undergoing an upgradation and any inconvenience caused on account of the same is regretted. The wait for a desperate change in the services started in September as there were terrible network problems like:

• Cross-Connections

• Messages getting delivered 5-6 times (The same have been charged)

• Call-drop (The opposite person fails to hear my voice)

• Fluctuating Network, etc.

Since Loop Mobile customer care executives had mentioned about the upgradation, I decided to wait. But things just got worse. In November I registered a complaint with them. However, there was no sought of response from their side. Again, I registered a complaint with them in November. This process of complaints went on till July with no follow-up. In July I decided to go to the Loop Mobile Gallery at Chembur. Within 10 days (approx.) the network improved but again this wasn't a permanent relief. A month back I started facing the same problem again (sms & network). I complained and spoke to the customer care executive (9821099800), Mr. Jeet. Mr. Jeet told me to change my handset or check the phone software. This reminds me that roughly in January/February a customer care executive mentioned that Loop Mobile doesn't support my handset (Nokia 7210). How is this possible? Continuing with the saga, I decided to speak to the Team Leader present at the call center, Ms. Shaili Brahmpat and registered a complaint with her on 14th October at 11.55 a.m. pertaining to the network issues faced by me since November. The complaint number/docket number is 141025080 and 141020247. At the same time, I have never been a defaulting customer and have always made full payments of my bills regularly before the due date. However due to such pathetic services I haven't paid the bill for the last month and have informed them that I would so only on getting compensated for the trouble caused. I urge the consumer forum to treat this matter with utmost importance and you may verify the above with Loop Mobile and take the necessary action at the earliest.
