Lotus Bawa leather shoe
Sole damaged & returned

I have purchased one lotus bawa branded leather shoe (SGN-09-BN) from M/s. Shoe Avenue, XL/576, Durbar Garden Buildings, kochi 16 the authoried dealer M/s. Sarup anneris Ltd, Jalandhar, Punjab (maufacturer) on 26/04 vide bill no.3194. Later it is found that the sole of the shoe found broken after 3-4 use. The shoe returned to the shop for replacement as the same is a manufacturing defect. The shop owner agreed the copmpaint and with acknowledgment taken the shoe to send the manufacturer on28/06.Since date I have not returned either the shoe or its cost refunded even after 100 of reminders. Teh shop owner rejects their liability to return the shoe to me.
