Dear sir/madam,

when I receive my pruduct that is manufacuring damage i give my request within 10 minutes from receive of coriour. After then i have call 4 times to ur customer care, and all times speak withen 5 days pickup the damage product and give u another watch. Still nothing happen atleast reach 30 days.
