Louis Quartz wrist watch
Running late approximately daily one minute

Dear sir/madam,

I got watch through my citi bank credit card offer from AVA Merchandising Company of New Delhi in DEC.which is the product of louis quartz, and i am also having international guarantee card of 1 year. That card does not contain any serial no. of watch, date of sale and service center.and also it does not have any email id or website or any contact number. After one month of getting this watch, i marked that it s running slow and 5 mins late to correct time. that battery is also duplicate one.

Please give me suggestion, what i have do right now.
