My father had won a watch at jetlite auction. He thought that he was lucky to win a lucky draw during the jetlite flight 319 via New Delhi to Kolkata. He was assured by the 'airline staff' that the product is genuine. however, i also find that the watch has no seriel number, no place of manufacture, no handbook and no guarentee papers.

What surprises me is that an airline like 'JET/JETLITE' is promoting such products onboard their flights.

Plz take Action against this as they are Duping everbody and collecting Rs 500 in the name of tax and handling charges
