I submit my phone in nokia customer care have a problem of charging of phone at dated 14 march. The job sheet no. is 235433527/090314/11. now after two month he says that the phone is physically damage while the phone is submit after primary checkup .if the phone is really physically damage then for this care persons are responsible not me.

Please slave my problem.
