Connection is blocked

My Parents are having one LPG Connection at Tambaram Chennai for the past 25 years. I had moved to chennai from Berhampur (ganjam) in 2004. I got my LPG connection of HP from Berhampur, transfered to Shree Chella Agencies, Tambaram Chennai and was using my refills regularly. Suddenly the Ration cards were checked during November and my connection was blocked stating that only one connection is allowed for each ration card.

Please note today, we are 8 persons in our family (father, mother, self, wfe, daughter, brother, brothers wfe and brothers daughter.

We are finding it very difficule to cope up with one LPG connection (2 cylinders). That too for refill the minimum stipulated period is they say 21 days from the date of earlier booking for refill.

I remember to have come accross with a article in The hindu, during september stating that the supreme court has directed, that even husband and wife can have two seperate connections, provided, it is not misused.

Can you please help us in restoring my existing connection transfered from my earlier location.
