Red flame & delay in delivary

While we fix the new cylinder, initially flame will be red. Nozzle of our stove has to be cleaned after that. After receiving the gas we cannot book the gas before two weeks. and they will deliver after two weeks. i.e. 4 weeks after getting the last cylinder. If there is guest, gas wiil be over before 30days. is it as per rules? our agency is at Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala

Earlier we stayed at kaloor. At that time, therewas no shortage and quality was also good. but Agency was different. Krishna Gas ageny, Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala

Please do need full to avoid our difficulties. Our connection is in my husbands name.
