Delayed registration, much delayed supply

I have registered with J.B.R.Indane Gas Agency, 12, Trichy Main Road, Seelanaickenpatti, Salem.636201.My customer number is D0013635.They refused to book for refills before 30 days from last supply. After that they give delivery of cylinders after 22 days from the date of booking. If we ask any question they simply say that no load has come. If it comes ontime we will give delivery. This month we have to take food from outside. Without lpg gas how can we run the family? I want to know the actual time of booking from the date of last supply and the waiting period for delivery of refill? Kindly clarify my doubts. Because of this abnormal delay many people have to suffer a lot.
