EXOIRED CYLINDER DELIVERED

I am having connection number 5226 from ANUSHKA INDANE, NERUL RAILWAY STATION, MUMBAI. In the month of SEPTEMBER the said agency delivered a expired cylinder mentioning B - 09 on the cylinder which shows that the cylinder expired in JUNE. we have seen only in the month of november.

pls look into the matter and arrange to exchange with new one as expired cylinder can play havoc.
