Not giving extra cylinder and not giving new connection

i am old customer of bharat gas (lpg) i took new connection 21 years ago . the dealer from where i took connection is

i was given one no of cylinder then, i requestef for one more cylinderat that tine but they did not gave . due to which i have to face many problems due to single cylinder which fineshes at any time due to which i have to face many problem . i requested for one extra cylinder but they are not ready to give neither they are not ready to give new connection.

the dealer also doesnot give cylinder at time.
