Dear Sir / Mam,

my connection number is 15363 from Chayanika 41, Regent Place kolkata-700040.My cylinder ended was on 13 march 09 empty and I had booked 14 / 16 March 09.on 17 march 09 I went to them and ask for cylinder to be delivered to me in hand, as I live alone, but they refuse to give me and promised me to deliver the cylinder on 18 march 09 before 9AM, I leave my home for office at 9:20AM, but again the delivery wala aould n't come. I had called again and they said that they will deliver my cylinder on 19 march 09 before 9AM.

I had suffered a lot and from last 3 days I am waiting for my gas cylinder and your distributor harassing me. Is there any such provision that I can't take my cylinder directly from distributor office?
