Dear Sir
It is a permanent problem facing for last 4 to 5 months by me and my collegues.
The delivery of gas cyl is not made timely rather unless it is warned to lodge complaint.
My refill booking no. is 508 booked on 13.04.09. The delivery is still due. But the status of delivery of refills is as informed by the dealer that the delivery till the booking dated 18.04.09 is done as on date ie 25.04.09.
