LPG domestic Gas
Non delievery of gas cylinders

I have a LPG connection.

My consumer number is PA1128.

I am from Sirhind Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib state Punjab.

The supplier in our area is PUNJAB AGRO FOODGRAINS CORP. LTD (GAS AGENCY).

They do not deliver the cylinders on time. Ideally once we book the cylinder, we should get the supply in 24-48 hours. It doesnt happen in our area. People get it in no less than 4-5 days.

The problem is that few people get it in time who has direct relation with the agency. We kind of people dont get it in 5-7 days also. We need a cylinder after every28 days, sometimes we dont get it in that time frame.

I have a recent incident to mention. We booked the cylinder on october 21, booking number 60, and we still have not received the cylinder yet. There is another person with Consumer number PA1989 who booked the cylinder on October 23rd, and he has already received the cylinder. we tried many times to complain to Punjab Agro, but they dont listen at all. Even if we try to go personally and try to get the cylinder, they just dont approve it and deny saying delivery would be done. Please look into this matter. we are very much tensed
