Poor Services for booking of gas

Dear Sir,

We have a gas conection with the distributor Sai Sewa Enterprises, Vasant kunj, and we have the following no's for ordering new cylinder 26898953/ 26134492 as printed on the cash memo receipt of the agency.

Now whenever we call this from 10 Am to 5 pm it is always going busy, and before 9 Am and after 5 pm its always ringing.

Its seems that during offices hours the phone is on purpose put off the hook. I suggest you should try calling these no's from 10 am - 5 Pm.

We have a lot of inconvenience booking the gas for which we have to go 20 Km and burn additional car petrol.

I would like you to take up the matter with the agency or tell us another way to book the gas.
