Leaking Gas Problem refusing for remedy

Dear Sir,

I am Sathish. My Mother (PP.SAROJINI)(CONSUMER NO: 6471)

SIVABHAVAN, NEAR GOVT TIMBER DEPOT, SH MOUNT PO, NATTASSERY, KOTTAYAM, KERALA-686006.

We have a Connection from Bharath Gas. Still the problem is our using cylinder is leaking. So we informed to the agency (LAXMIDEVI ENTERPRISES, POKUDIYIL BUILDING, NAGAMPADOM, KOTTAYAM, KERALA), but the concerned persons of the agency they refused to come home and the check cylinder, they replied that to transport the cylinder to the godown.but the cylinder is leaking. Can we get any remedy, nobody including the taxi they are not willing to transport the cylinder.

can you (the athorities) can give strict action for avoiding this type of customer services from the dealer, and we need the urgent remedy to replace the cylinder. It is better can you send the complint section number to contact when this types of problem arises.
