Poor customer service

I like to draw your attention to the fact that LOKNATH GAS, the distributor in our locality renders no customer service at all. I am the consumer the registration no 608837 is the victim of its poor service for so long. It makes rules of gas booking as per its sweetwill. I wonder who gave it the authority to play with its customers. Being the parent organisation you can not remain the silent spectator to the harassment of your customer by a distributor. Hope you will take drastic steps so that ihe distributor does not dare to ignore the calls of the customer.
