Not booking on phone

Sir,

I am a consumer of MADHU GAS AGENCY, Shop No.102-103, 1st Floor, Vardhman Appenzell Plaza CSC-2, Mayur Vihar-III, Delhi 110 096 for the last 7-8 years. My consumer number is T.6530. I was booking gas for domestic use on phone Nos.22611514 & 22618691 during last 8 years. But since last 15 days i.e. from 10.12.2007 I am not getting these telephones. The booking hours of Gas is 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (Mon to Sat). I constant rang up these telephones from 10.00 to 5.00 in regular interbell, but both the phones were respond engaged. Before 10.00 a.m. and after 5.00 p.m. both the teltphones are eassily accessable, but at that time nobody pickup telephone. They have not infromed any thing about the reason of such happening. As we are both working it is quite diffucult for us to visit their office. So I am facing a big problem. I also learnt from others that they are also facing same problem. Kindly do the needfull urgently, so that all the consumers can get the facility of booking on phone quickly, please.
