Further to my earlier letter no. 26.05.2009 advising you to send DD to my old address at Rajkot. Now I have shifted to Thane and enclose a proof of new address. My aforesaid bond certificate was matured on 01.04.2009. I understand that the DD issued was sent to my old address at Nagpur by speed post and returned undelivered.
