LPG Gas
DELAY SUPPLY

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you that from very long period I am with LPG Gas, My LPG consumer no is T / 11577, favour of Rama Ganguly, 159, Das Para Road, Thakurpukur, Kolkata-63, and my Consumer shop under M/s Gas & Gadget, Manton Super Mkt, Behala, Kolkata- 34, Shop No-34, Code No: 99071508.

On dated 04/07 I have booked a Gas Cylinder over phone to M/s Gas & Gadget.

They booked my cylinder and assured me that there is no short supply and they can serve me within one week (7days). But I am sorry to say that till today they are not delivered me my cylinder.

On dated 12/07 I made a call to Gas & Gadget regarding the above matter over phone, and they again assured me to deliver my gas very next day and make a reminder against my complain.

So, You are requested to do the needful at your earliest.
