Unnecessary charges claimed while getting a new cylinde

Hi,

I went for a second Cylinder from the dealer named ShreeLalji in Kandivili (E), Mumbai. While getting the new cylinder they charged me 1822/-.

1250/- as deposit, 336/- for the cylinder, 25/- stamp duty and 110/- for TEA. When i asked them i dont want TEA they told me that i have to take it anyhow and they charged me 110/- for that. When i came back and checked the price of the TEA in the packet it is mentioned as 49/-. So my concerns are

1) Even though i dont want the TEA packet they asked me to take it compulsorily

2) the price of the TEA packet is mentioned as 49/- but they charged 110 for 2 packets (i.e. Rs 55/- for each packet).

This is very irritating that how could they force a customer to take the tea packets compulsory. Kindly check with the dealer if they are charging illegaly.
