Complaint against non-delivery of gas cylinders

Dear Sir/Madam,

Dear Sir,

This is to invite your urgent attention to the inconvenience caused due to non-delivery of gas cylinders. I am a LPG Indane consumer with Ms. Arth Indane, Kalol (North Gujarat). My consumer No. is 3493. I have two gas cylinders. The last delivery was made on 29/2/08. I booked my requisition on 22/3/08 as they show the rule that you can book your requisition after 20 days from the date of last delivery. Since 29/2/08, they have not delivered yet. I think they sell gas cylinders in black market to earn more money.

Today (17/4/08), both of my gas cylinders are empty. Hence, there is no possible to cook food. My family members are facing lots of difficulties.

Moreover, when I approached Arth Indane to submit my written complaint, they did not accept it and gave back it to me. In brutal display of their might, they misbehaved with me.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful to ensure regular delivery and to avert further difficulties at the earliest.
