Late delivery of lpg gas cylinde

Dear Sir, / Madam,

I'm a customer / consumer of your Bharat Gas Samidha, my service connection no. 13376 with the name Ram Prasad situated at Line No.2/50, Birla Nagra, Gwalior.

I have booked a no. for refill cylinder on 11.02.2012 under your offline booking no.112 but till date i have not recd. the gas cylinder refill, i have remind many times at Bharat Gas Samidha office they always committed that we will get the cylinder within 2 day but i'm still awaiting for the cylinder

I request you to kindly arrange the delivery of the same.
