Myself is Krishan Kumar from Delhi. I want to tell you about the illegal use of domestic meter in our area Gamri Extn. sudamapuri delhi-110053. there is a factory owner (Natthi Lal) who are using domestic meter illegally instead of commercial meter for running his hosiery factory.

I would like to give you right information although your staff have been seen that domestic meter but factory owner (Natthi Lal) after giving some bribe to the staff, running his factory continuously.
