LPG Gas Cylinders
Non-supply of LPG Cylinde

Dear Sir,

I had booked one LPG Cylinder vide booking No.1568 dated 06.09.2008 with HARMAN GAS SERVICE, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar. The Delivery Boy of the Agency did not deliver the cylinder and asked to phone at the Agency on 26.09.2008.When I enquired about the LPG delivery on 27.09.2008 over phone, the Agency Representative advised me to book it afresh. I could not understand the reason for fresh booking of LPG. Is there any guidlines regarding it? If so, the same may please be emailed for future guidance. Please arrange to provide one LPG Cylinder at the earliest for domestic consumption. The LPG supply particularly in winter season is also not satisfactory and it took 12 to15 days & above in delivery for which I am suffering from the last 3 years. Please look into the matter personally and necessary action may kindly be taken to regularise the LPG delivery.
