Delay, price &misbehaviour wih ladies

Dear Sir,

Refn. : consumer no.14704 of KTS enterprise, chennai

Gas distributors who all the way were taking us for ride are now ready to take law in their hands. they refuse booking before 25 days of delivery, deliver in 10-15 days while they promise 7 days max, they bang the phone without courtesy or ettiquette & no greivances heard in helpline nos.

Few months back when the prices were reduced on delivery date, they told me the prices are as per booking date, when bill is made. this time I booked on 28th oct & they delivered on 9-11-09 & want todays prices, when protested, they misbehaved with ladies & trying to forcibly take the cylinder back, when we paid what was mentioned in bill. we requested for corrected bill or no payment, abusive language was used & forcibly the money was taken from my wife.

In these open & Global times, we gas consumers still are at mercy of few goondas cum distributors appointed by the navratnas of the country.
