Delay in delivery of gas cylinde

Sir,

my wife is a consumer of indane gas. my agency is paruvelil gas agency, I T I junction, chengannoor,

m c road, kerala . my consumer no:26243

i have booked for a cylinder from this agencyo on 29- 12 till date not supplied the refilled cylinder ie 54 days over, iam out of station, so my wife contact them directly and through phone also for several times, but they respond to my wife in a rude way, and i came to know that cylinders are available in the black markets of this agency for RS 500and cylinders also available in her house near iti junction, she is working as astaff in this agency.most of the consumers in this agency facing the same problem.i have to take care 4 members in my family and mostly depend on gas for cooking.

so iam requesting to take necessary steps aganist this agency for my complaint as early as.
