Leakage of Delivered Sylande

We are a LPG consumer of M/s Mohanil Gas Service, IIT, Hauz Khas, New Delhi-110 016

Consumer No. 36936) in the name of:

C/o Mr. Mahender Singh

F-327, Old M.B. Road, Lado Sarai, New Delhi-110 030.

I received a sylander on November 9th. Started using the cyclinder on 10th November after exhausing the first cylinder. It was heavy leakage noticed and complaint was lodged with the agency. Complained also lodged with the following nos. 011-26564899 & 011-26564837. But till now they have not replaced the cylinder and no action has been taken by the authorities to exchange the defective cylinder.

Kindly request to you please do the needful to help me. because it is hazardous to keep leaked cylinder at home.
