Refill Supply

I am unfortunate customer of your esteemed Company vide Connection No.303681 for supply of LPG with your dealer -- Shriram Gas Service, Firozabad for last more than 1 and 1/2 year. The gas refill is supplied after 20 or 30 days or even after 40 days of the booking. Further booking is accepted only after 21 days of refill supply. The matter has been taken-up time and again with the higher authorities in Agra but after their interference the supplies are affected. Last booking was done on 12.12.07, which supply has not been affected till the date. It is also learnt that the gas is supplied by you in abundance but the customers are left at the mercy of your dealer. The matter was taken-up with the higher authorities at Agra this time also 4 days back but with no result.

I hope that with your kind intervention in the matter, this problem will be resolved forever or else. Please advice me whether to continue the relation with HP or not.
