LPG Indane booking
Problem in telephonic and online LPG booking for domestic use

Sir,

I am a LPG consumer of C.Lal and Sons (Gas) Kashmere Gate, Delhi vide C.No.18569. For the last week I have been trying to book a refilling of LPG cyliner on telephonic number of the said dealer but in vain. I have also tried to book it on online at www.ioclebiz.com but the site is not being opened. Resultantly I have not been able to book the gas. It is nothing but undue harassment to the consumers for no fault of theirs. I request Indane authorities to enquire into it, find out who is responsible for such lapses and take stern punitive action against them.
