Misbehaviour & delay in service

My Consumer No is G0000337.On phone I booked gas in GAYATRI GAS AGENCY PRAGATI NAGAR BHILAI (C.G) on 31.12.2008 &my order no.is 4068 as informed by receptionist.but after enquiring 1 wk. for delivery.they told that i have not booked the no.&disconnected the phone line, .later after arguement answered thet i have to collect on availibilty. As 14 daysis over till date gas cylinder is not delivered, while as per records orders till 4th jan.is delivered. Kindly look in matter.
