Kinly refer the efforesiad subject that this is the complaint regarding the of the officials of the gas agency. The gas cylinder is not supplied on the proper time from last one year. After repeated complaints to the said office and the area officer of INDANE they didnot take any response and miss behaved with me.

Will the department take action for the hashment of the senior citizen and the consumer.
