LPG of Indane
On line booking problem

On line booking of gas cylinder has been started in west bengal. i tried several times but in vain. at last i discovered that my name and comsumer no. is not there in the website list. i complained about the same.

the complain attending leady to day asked me to contact the dealer. i asked her why they are not contacting the dealer. with out responding me she disconnected the line. her attitude of talking was also not proper.

there was large number of complains about booking. so why the company introduced on line booking.if contacting the distributor is the way of resolving then why there is customer care. why the company taking complains.

the leady who is not willing to care a customer should not work in such a department.
