Non-receipt of redemption money

My Investor Id No. is 72265106.My Bond certificate Nos. are 12845405 and 12845413.Last year when these bonds were redeemed, I did not get the redemption amount. I could not pursue this matter immediately, due to some personal problems. Kindly advice me on what I should do now to get my money back.
