Construction of road from lda sector d market to cms kanpur road

The road ts being constructed from lda sector d market to cms kanpur road via gurudwara mansrover, in this connection i have to submit that sides of road were digged and standing bricks were installed to safe guard the roas, but some water pipelines in front of house no L-48-d kanpur road was bursed by the labour digging the road, the water is over flowing in the morning and evening, and the road is filled with water, the man on duty was asked to repair the pipeline but it has not yet been repaired yet till date .now road is going to construct without repairing the pipeline laid between the road in front of house no L-48-d sector d lda colony kanpur road locknow please take necessary steps and ask the authhorities to repair the pipe line before constructing the road .thanks
