The telephone number 0522-2432657 is intalled at Hindnagar, Lucknow in the name of my brother Mr. Sunil Kumar Goel. The said phone has been lying dead for the last 17 days or so. We have tried all hooks and corners, including 198, 1500, writing to CGM, Lucknow, sending a complaint to TRAI but the phone could not be made operational. The most amazing fact of Lucknow Telephones is that a complaint number is given by 198 service but it is washed off automatically after a few days without even attending the complaint.

Sir, my brother is a cancer patient and is confined to bed. A functional telephone is very essential for him so as to be in touch with his doctor. I most humbly request you to kindly intervene in the matter and ensure immediate restoration of the phone.
