Non delivery of furniture purchased

I have ordered four pieces of furniture on 26/1/09. i was promised that the goods will be handedover and delivered /o on 10/2/09. today it is 7th/02/09.

till date the furnitures have not been delivered. when i contact the show room it will be delivered the next day.i made 30 phone calls to their office. except five calls rest were notattended. bell kept ringing. no one lifts the phone.when contacted where house in charge says he did not receive the bill. when store was contacted they saythe bills have been sent to the ware house.

i think i should go ahead with siling a case against the co in the court to get justice.
