Fraud by distributers/ battery is not working

Ditributer sold old battery, by mention wrong mgf. code on warranty card with his hand writing after cutting printed code while delivered battery of anotherthird code on dated 20-01-08, battery is not giving back up afert 20 days charging, and gave cash memo of back dated 28-12, not responding on my complaintssice last 6 months, he gave warrety card and cash memo after many request, even enginier has told him to give new battery but no response i have enrolled a complaint on h.o with complaint no. DL5066 dated 12-01-08, he also mis behaved with me.
