Replacements of faulty new inverte

We recently purchased a new inverter but soon the inverter stopped charging and on repeated phonecalls to customer/complaint center for the repair of the same nobody came to repair the inverter. We kept calling and requesting for almost 3 weeks. Post which finally a service man came and checked the same and told us that the inverter is defective and the company will replace the same in a day or 2. Its been 2 weeks now and we have been caling the inverter office and they are still clueless on when the inverter will be replaced. Pathetic products and non existent aftersales service.
